This year, we’ve made several thoughtful improvements based on your feedback — including organization, structure, expanded programming, increased staffing, and more opportunities for older campers to be challenged, engaged, and inspired.

We are so excited to welcome you back for another incredible summer at Ancient Traditions Summer Camp. Your families are the heart of this community, and it means so much to have you returning.

  • Book each individual day you want to attend.

  • Register 1 child at a time.

  • If a specific day is full, you’ll be offered a waitlist option.

  • 2025 we had 39 families on waitlists

  • If the system allows you to book a day, that means it’s available.

  • To ensure fairness and availability for all families, all registrations are final and non-refundable

🌿 2026 New Program Opportunities

We are excited to offer three distinct camp experiences in 2026 so families can choose the program that best fits their child’s age, interests, and energy level.

Each option is outlined below to help you confidently register for the right experience.


 Updated Tuition & Payment Options

We are happy to share that we have eliminated the $150 registration fee this year.

• Tuition only — no additional registration fee (besides what the CRM platform charges)
• Payment plan available:
– 50% due at registration
– Remaining balance due April 1st  and May 1st.

 Please Read Before Registering

To ensure a smooth registration experience, we kindly ask that families take a few moments to plan ahead before beginning registration:

• Have your dates selected in advance
• Confirm which program your child will attend based on age and interest
• Please note that campers will register for one program per day (Traditional Camp or a specialty/off-site program)

Taking a moment to map out your schedule beforehand will help ensure a smooth and successful registration process.

Important reminders before completing registration:

• Your cart will hold your selections for 15 minutes before timing out due to inactivity
• To ensure fairness and availability for all families, all registrations are final and non-refundable

We understand that plans can change, and we approach this policy with care. Due to past administrative and financial challenges that significantly impacted the organization, we have had to implement a firm no-refund policy this season.

We kindly ask that you only register for the days you are confident your child will attend. Your understanding allows us to plan responsibly, staff appropriately, and continue providing a high-quality experience for all campers.
