Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

🔄 Do my kids have to attend full-time all summer?
Not at all! We’re here to support your family's needs. There’s no minimum number of days required. During registration, you’ll select the exact days you want to reserve for your child.

👩‍🏫 What is your student-to-teacher ratio? What are the counselors qualifications?
We maintain a low student-to-counselor ratio to support our child-led learning environment. Younger campers enjoy a 6:1 ratio (state standard is 12:1) with a minimum of two teachers present at all times. Our counselors are experienced, background-checked, first aid certified professionals dedicated to your child’s development.

🎂 My child is younger/older than your stated age range. Can they still attend?
Campers must be 3+ and fully potty trained. For ages 14 and up, we offer Jr. Camper roles to support staff. Text us at 406-407-2863 and fill out an application here to discuss Jr. Camper details!

🍎 Will meals be provided?
Please pack a lunch for your child, including mid morning and mid afternoon snacks. They get very hungry on all our adventure to pack lots of nourishment.

📝 How do I register?
Registration will open Feb 20th. There is no registration fee, just the daily tuition. Kids 4.5 - 12 years old are $85 daily, and kids 3 - 4.5 years old are $105 daily. With the off-site tween program bing $$450 for 3 days each week.

Are drop-off and pick-up times strict?
Not at all! Drop-off is anytime after 8:30 AM and pick-up is before 5:00 PM. Use the hours that work best for your family within that window. We open and close the days in community gathering at 9:15 and 4:15 every day and love for all campers to participate, but it’s not required.

🏕️ Can I tour the facility and meet the counselors?
Yes! We’re planning a Meet & Greet so families and campers can explore the space and connect with our team. We are doing a meet and greet in early June date/time TBD.

Q: Why isn’t your address publicly listed? I’d like to visit the ranch.
A: For the safety and privacy of the children 🛡️, we only share the camp address with registered families. Since we operate on private land, visits are scheduled by appointment only and with the owner’s permission to ensure a peaceful and safe space everyone enjoys.

Q: Why don’t you have a strong social media or online presence?
A: We choose to put 100% of our funds 💰 toward creating a safe, enriching, and magical camp experience the kids truly enjoy 🌿. Instead of investing in marketing, we focus on high-quality programming, amazing staff, and unforgettable memories 🌟. Most families find us through word-of-mouth—and come back year after year because of the joy their children experience.
